I know there have been many great Penn State running backs but who have actually been successful in the NFL??

Matt Suhey was a hell of a fullback for walter payton and sam gash was a terrific fullback for terrell davis.

The dude had 1750 yds last year in just a little over a half a season. The rushing record is just 2105. He's running behind maybe the best run blocking line in the NFL too. You might want to do your homework. Of course it sounds like you're kind of clueless anyway.

Curt Warner the running back for the seahawks in the 80s(on the same team as Largent and Dave Kreig) played tailback at penn state.

The quarterback Kurt Warner played at Northern Iowa.

Yeah I knew Kurt. I just couldn't remember Curt. Did he play on the 79 Penn State team. I believe that was the year Penn State, and Bama played in the Sugar Bowl.
